Research & Development department is our “core” to provide fast solutions to guarantee a reliable production and high-quality level. The “chemical knowledge” of rubber materials is the “key point” to satisfy the customer’s requirements. We cooperate with rubber experts, speakers at national and international conferences, able to support our customers in the material choice according to final application features.

Our R&D department has recently developed a method to characterize the rubber materials used as in-put for computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulations. Furthermore, to supervise the moulding and post-curing stages, we provide a specific control for the raw materials in incoming. Especially we control rubber samples by chemical analyses (ATR-FTIR, TGA and EGA), physic-mechanical and rheological analyses (density, Hardness, Stress-Strain, and curing curves by MDR), thus “data collecting” to guarantee a rubber articles production with high-quality.
